January Meeting Minutes

Welcome to this month’s edition of the ORGC Monthly Newsletter!

Committee Reports

• Shooting Tables & Targets have started to be moved.
  • As a reminder when shooting at the 25 & 50 yard targets please shoot from the same side as the target (left side target, left table etc.)
• The Banquet will be held this Saturday 2/8. 10 seats were added this year and it will be held at the Red Barn this year. Set up will take place on 2/8 a few hours before start of the Banquet
• The Building/Planning Committee is planning to add 16ft to the South Side Club

Old Business

• The club has run a test on a new digital time clock, which was very successful
• The 2025 Bunny Hunt, was a slow one with 1 team, Winner Steve Peterson

New Business

• The youth team has requested Dates
  • Youth Fundraiser to be held 4/26 9-3pm
  • Youth Action Shooting Virtual Match 2/23, 3/1, 3/9
  • Youth Trap Practice will begin 3/3, (Mon, Thur (5-6:30pm) & Sat (10:30-3))
  • Conference Trap will run 3/31 – 5/22 (Mon & Thur (5-9pm))
  • The SASP (Scholastic Action Shooting Program) will be shooting thru 7/8
• This years Zombie Shoot will be held 4/5
